Terms and Conditions for Playmentor Winter Stage

Location: Calella, Spain

Dates: December 27th – December 30th, 2024

  1. Registration and Payment

1.1. Participants are required to complete the registration form and select their preferred camp format (Full Boarding or Non-Boarding).

1.2. Camp Pricing:

  • For current pricing, please refer to booking.playmentor.io
  • Additional fees for international participants and optional add-ons (such as extra training sessions or transportation) can also be found on the pricing page.

1.3. Add-ons:

  • Available add-ons, including extra training sessions, sports psychology sessions, physical check up and transportation options, are detailed on the booking.playmentor.io.

1.4. Payment must be completed by 5/12/2024 via WooPayments/Stripe (Credit Card, Debit Card).

  1. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Cancellations made before 1/12/2024 will receive a 50% refund.

2.2. Cancellations made after 1/12/2024 will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of medical emergencies, supported by a doctor’s note. In this case we could also offer a voucher to use in other Playmentor products/activities

2.3. If the camp is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund.

  1. Health, Safety, and Insurance

3.1. All participants must provide a medical clearance form indicating they are fit to participate in physical activities.

3.2. The camp provides insurance coverage for all participants during the camp, covering injuries and accidents related to camp activities.

3.3. Participants or their guardians are responsible for informing the organizers of any existing medical conditions or allergies.

3.4. First aid will be available on-site; any medical treatment beyond basic care will be handled under the camp’s insurance policy or be the participant’s responsibility.

  1. Age Requirements

4.1. The camp is open to participants aged 10 to 18 years old.

4.2. Proof of age may be required upon registration.

  1. Code of Conduct

5.1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and fellow participants.

5.2. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the participant being asked to leave the camp without a refund.

5.3. Participants are responsible for their belongings. The organizers are not liable for any lost or stolen items.

  1. Liability

6.1. The camp organizers are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss of personal belongings outside the scope of the provided insurance.

6.2. By registering, participants or their legal guardians acknowledge that they participate at their own risk and indemnify the organizers from any claims not covered by insurance.

  1. Photography and Media

7.1. Photos and videos may be taken during the camp for promotional purposes. By attending, participants consent to the use of their images in promotional materials.

7.2. If you do not wish for your or your child’s image to be used, please inform the organizers in writing before the camp begins

  1. Accommodation and Meals

8.1. Full Boarding: Includes accommodation from the evening of December 27th to the morning of December 30th (30th is just half day). Three meals per day and snacks will be provided.

8.2. Non-Boarding: Includes one meal per day (lunch) and snacks during breaks. No accommodation is provided.

8.3. Please inform the organizers of any dietary restrictions in advance.

  1. Camp Schedule

9.1. The camp schedule will be shared with participants upon arrival.

9.2. Attendance at all training sessions is mandatory unless excused by a coach for medical reasons.

  1. Travel

10.1. Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from Calella, Spain.

10.2. Add-on Transportation: Participants may choose transportation to/from Barcelona or Girona for 50 euros per trip (one way), which can be selected during registration.

10.3. The camp organizers are available to assist with travel recommendations if required.

  1. Force Majeure

11.1. The organizers are not responsible for any cancellations or alterations of the camp due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
